RMP Consulting was born from experience — hard-earned, firsthand experience. We who have lived through incarceration and successfully rebuilt life on the outside. This service was created to fill a critical gap. Facing time, no one told us what to expect, how to prepare, or how to hold onto hope.

At RMP Consulting, we’re a team of advocates, educators, and formerly incarcerated individuals who understand the system — and the toll it can take. We know that the difference between surviving prison and growing through it often comes down to preparation.
That’s why we offer personalized coaching and real-world guidance to help our clients navigate the unknown — from mental and physical readiness, to day-one expectations, to staying grounded with a plan for reentry and renewal.
